Anita Blue, originally from Nashville, TN, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to her clients in the real estate industry. After completing her Bachelor of Science at Middle Tennessee State University and earning a Master’s in Human Resources from Strayer University, Anita moved to Upstate New York (Syracuse), where she lived for 19 years. She now resides in Chester, VA, where she has called home for the past 20 years.

With four years in real estate and over 33 years in sales and marketing, Anita is uniquely qualified to guide clients through their real estate journey. Her expertise includes product sales, account management, strategic planning, and negotiation. Known for her integrity, transparency, and strong communication skills, Anita ensures that her clients are informed and supported every step of the way.

Anita’s passion for family is central to her life. She is a proud mother of her son and daughter in love, Roy and Quasean, and delights in her two identical twin grandsons, Sire and Khari. Outside of real estate, Anita enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, music, theatre, and volunteer work in her community.
